About Me.

I’m Emma, a Certified Baby and Child Sleep Consultant, a former paediatric nurse, and a proud mother of three beautiful girls. I have 16 years of experience working in paediatric healthcare.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for babies and children in some of the world’s leading paediatric hospitals, including Manchester Children’s Hospital in England, Westmead Children’s Hospital in Sydney, and the Women’s and Children’s Hospital here in Adelaide.

My previous experience in paediatric nursing has given me a strong understanding of children’s health and development, which I draw on in my sleep consulting work. I take a gentle, family-centred approach to supporting parents through sleep challenges with clarity and confidence.

As a mother, I truly understand the daily challenges you might be facing with your own baby. Bringing your little one home is such a special and joyful time, but it can also feel overwhelming and stressful. That’s why having the right support and guidance can be so valuable, helping both you and your baby get the best possible start on this journey together.

I became a sleep consultant after navigating my own journey through the early days of motherhood with little support and my family overseas. I know first-hand how deeply sleep deprivation can affect both your mental and physical wellbeing. It can lead to heightened stress, feelings of frustration or sadness, and make it hard to cope with daily life. For babies and children, ongoing poor sleep can impact emotional regulation, development, and behaviour.

When you’re exhausted, getting through each day and trying to be the parent you want to be can feel like a struggle, and it can feel lonely and isolating, but you’re not alone in feeling this way. I’m here to guide you with responsive, evidence-based sleep strategies that nurture the relationship between you and your child.
My Approach

There’s No One-Size-Fits-All When It Comes to Sleep
Every child is beautifully unique, and so is every family, that’s why I don’t believe in generic sleep solutions.

I focus on connection, compassion, and practical care, taking a holistic view that supports not only your child’s sleep but also your wellbeing as a parent.

I bring a calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to my sleep consulting. I tailor my support to each family’s parenting style, their child’s individual needs, and their family circumstances, offering practical strategies that feel realistic and supportive.

Together, we’ll set achievable goals and introduce changes at a pace that feels comfortable. I’ll be there to provide steady support and practical approaches to help you create lasting sleep habits, bringing more rest, connection, and ease to your home.
